Can I monetize my YouTube videos?

Yes. All ArcTale Music licenses allow you to monetize videos that contain our music, including on platforms like YouTube and other online video services.

Can I use the music in client work?

You may use ArcTale Music in projects you create for clients. However, the final client must obtain their own license in order to legally distribute or publish the project.

Can I use the music in film festivals?

Yes. ArcTale Music may be used in films submitted to or screened at film festivals without additional licensing fees. Beware, that the organizer of the film festival is responsible for submitting a cue sheet to the given PRO crediting the composer and his work used in the final project.

My content got claimed on a platform. How can I fix it?

If your content receives a copyright claim, you can dispute it by providing your ArcTale Music License Certificate and License ID through the platform’s dispute system. This will confirm that you have permission to use the music.

Do I need to credit the composer?

You are incouraged to include the name of the composer in your projects, if it seems reasonable to do so. For instance, crediting could be done in a film or video game project, but not in an advertisment. You can find the name of each composer in the License Agreement after purchasing a product.

Does ArcTale Music use AI to create their music?

No. ArcTale Music is built around original music composed by real artists for filmmakers. Our goal is to create a platform where composers and visual storytellers can connect through authentic creative work. We believe that genuine emotion, personal experience, and artistic intention can only come from human creators.
